Founder and Principle Consultant
With more than 30 years’ experience across community mental health, disability, aged care, allied health, youth and family services, housing and homelessness, education, retirement living and LGBTQIA+ supports, Kris brings both strategic perspective and operational experience. She has worked as an executive, consultant, advocate and board member across the community and human services sectors.
Kris partners with organisations to strengthen leadership, strategy, culture and service design. Her work includes wellbeing and safety frameworks, people and culture reviews, operating models, leadership development and practical approaches to inclusion, including lived experience, neurodiversity, gender-based violence and diversity, equity, belonging and inclusion.
Her approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based and human-centred. Kris holds an MBA in Human Resource Management, a Master of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Kris’s commitment to this work is also informed by her lived experience of mental health challenges, suicidality, neurodivergence and being queer. She understands that disclosure is always a personal choice, and works towards cultures where people are respected, supported and able to contribute without needing to hide who they are.
